Supporting Programs That Benefit Everyone

This is your place for giving and receiving back to the community you love. All donations stay local, all consignments stay local, all families we help are local! It is our intent to create a model of business that defies the for-profit motto of “get more for less” and at the same time defies the non-profit motto of “we’re always broke.” When everyone benefits from a “transaction,” as it’s usually called in our society, we all win. So, win-win-win it is!

For instance, if you’re doing a home remodel and were going to throw away your old kitchen cabinets, they were headed for the landfill. You would pay to throw them away, society would “pay” by using up landfill space, and we’d all have lost the opportunity to do some new, useful, or inventive with those items. Whether it’s arts and crafts materials, foods you couldn’t eat when you were moving out-of-state, or some garage sale leftovers, there’s a better outlet than letting them go to waste.

Now, we can’t take everything, but see our programs for things we specialize in. We hope people everywhere take on this win-win-win model and use it in their lives! Get something out of your life that you don’t need. Get it into someone’s life who’s in need! And keep it from going to someone in greed.
